טרווינו הוא ״אספן ספרים״ שהחל לצלם עצמו קורא ועם הזמן התמונות הפכו למורכבות יותר ויחד עם זה האהדה לתמונות שלו באינסטגרם הלכה וגדלה, עד כה צבר כמעט 130 אלף עוקבים. טרווינו מושפע מאומנות הפופ ומתמונות נוספות שהוא רואה באינסטגרם. לכל תמונה שהוא יוצר ישנו תהליך. בתחילה , סיעור מוחין, שהוא עושה עם חברתו הטובה , אליזבט, כשנוצר הרעיון הכללי, הם מנסים בשלב הבא ליצור סצינה בתמונה שהיא הכי קרובה למה שחזו בדמיונם. במידה וקשה ליצור תמונה אחת שתואמת לרעיון הם יוצרים מספר תמונות ועורכים אותן. התמונות נשענות על סצנות מספרים לדוגמא: ״הארי פוטר והנסיך הדם״ של ג׳יי, קיי רולינג או ״הדמיון ״ של טולקיין. לרטווינו אוסף של אלף ומאה ספרים ואינו מתכוון להאט. הוא טוען שזהו רק תחביב אך הוא מתכוון להאט את הקצב. אמנם הוא מופתע מאוד מהתגובות לתמונות אך הן גם מחממות את הלב. למטה תוכלו לראות היצירות של ״בוקסגרמר״ אספן הספרים שלטענתו נהנה מהשיחות הפילוסופיות על נושאים השונים עם העוקבים שלו.

Where are you from? What is a thing you like / don’t like about your country? ? So I finally decided to make a post in order to answer a question I receive at least 4-5 times a day on DM. And that is, you’ve guessed, where am I from. If anyone here is into heraldry, you must have figured out by know that the answer is Romania. I know, shocker. For some reason everyone assumes I live in the US.? ? Now that the truth is out (yep, I am a dramatic sob), let’s get to the juicy part: what I love and what I hate about it. I think it is safe to say I love the country itself. The natural sights are downright gorgeous (a lot of you told me it looks like Middle Earth from the pics I have posted on Story and I partly agree). The history is also rich. Too bad the whole political class is a nightmare… and the social issues are rampant… So overall, to enjoy your stay here you have to have a really thick skin. But it is worth a check, if only for the amazing food! Once you eat romanian food you never go back.? ? If you could, would you live in a perfect virtual reality? ? I am actually so excited to discuss this. I watched READY PLAYER ONE last night and gosh, it is such a beautifully made movie. It might not be as good as the book (which was my favorite book of 2016), but it has it’s own charm. Spielberg is a master(and yes, I know it took me forever to watch it). ? But anyway, I keep thinking of The Oasis, the virtual world created by Ernest Cline where you have hundreds, thousands of worlds at your disposal, where advanced enough equipment can replicate not only what you see, but also what you touch and smell. In RPO most of the world’s population is using the OASIS to play, go to school, to work. The biggest global industry. One one side, I wish The Oasis was real because gosh, can you imagine having that? But on the other hand, I am glad (not exactly) it isn’t because I know myself. I know that I would only leave The Oasis to eat and sleep and go to the bathroom. And even then begrudgingly. And I know some of you will say: but James, no matter how wonderful it is, it is not real. But what is real? We perceive the world around us with our senses. And the technology in the book does exactly that, fooling every sense. I guess it depends on how happy you are with what you have. But maybe not. No matter how happy you would be, you can’t deny the appeal: you could look any way want, you could ride the Millennium Falcon or actually attend Hogwarts or fight orcs or travel the entire world without having to leave your room. ? It just hit me again how boring our world is. What is your favorite Pirates of the Caribbean movie and/or character? ? Ok so, full disclosure, I am a bit obsessed with Pirates of the Caribbean. And by a bit I mean a lot! What names will you give to your future kids and why? Or, if you already have or don’t want kids, what would your new name be if you had to change your name? ? This little question was inspired by a talk I had with my cousin today. He will have a baby girl soon. ? How adorable is that? He is already decorating her room. Do you live in the city or the country side? What do you like about it? Which one would you choose if you could? ? I am a country guy through and through. Maybe it is because I was born here, but I could never stand big cities. I spent 4 years during uni in the biggest city in the country and for me that was pure hell. I don’t understand why anyone would choose that hectic of a life style. But maybe you guys can make me get it. Anyway, I love the mornings here, when you slowly wake up and it is sooooo quiet!! Like, you hear nothing! And when you look out the window you can see the hills and the woods. I feel like a hobbit haha. If you were to put one thing in a time capsule that would be opened 100 years from now, what would it be? ?
